I'm 48 years old and I teach at a local public school and I had just been diagnosed with ADHD from my primary care doctor. I wanted to know more of course and I came across Christine's on the CADDAC website.
From the minute we met I knew she was going to help me make sense of this and she did. Christine is able to decipher the "tic-tok" from the actual facts. She never laughs at you but we had some great laughs and were able to poke fun at the two-sidedness of ADHD.
"The first time I spoke with Christine, I faced the genuine prospect of losing my job within weeks, if not days, if things didn't turn around quickly. From that first call discussing ADHD and throughout our future workplace-focused coaching sessions, Christine created a safe and open space for me and met me where I was at each step. Her empathetic, respectful, and inquiring approach helped me understand the "what" and "why" of my newly diagnosed inattentive ADHD".
I came to Christine at a pivotal point in my career. I had been provided a late stage diagnosis of ADHD and was in a process with my employer. Her care and expertise around workplace logistics and politics provided me with insight and mirroring that I needed to feel confidence in my newly discovered neurodiversity.
Christine is a no nonsense, straight shooter. I especially appreciated that she provided me with culturally competent ADHD resources.
Thank you, Christine!
