This 8-week program is designed to enhance workplace performance for individuals with ADHD. The program aims to address areas of improvement and implement strategies to leverage strengths and effectively overcome challenges in the workplace.
This program provides ADHD coaching in small groups (3-6 people) focusing on executive function traits. Weekly sessions include coach-led discussions, breakout groups, and actionable strategies. Participants receive an assessment and feedback prior to starting. Sessions are offered in fall, winter, and spring.
