The “Ask the Coach” and “ADHD Curious” sessions are 50-minute online sessions for employees to gain awareness and/or ask questions about ADHD and its effects on life and the workplace. Sessions dates are planned in advance and discussions are coach-lead but based on employee need.

This 8-week program is designed to enhance workplace performance for individuals with ADHD. The program aims to address areas of improvement and implement strategies to leverage strengths and effectively overcome challenges in the workplace.
This program provides ADHD coaching in small groups (3-6 people) focusing on executive function traits. Weekly sessions include coach-led discussions, breakout groups, and actionable strategies. Participants receive an assessment and feedback prior to starting. Sessions are offered in fall, winter, and spring.
